Program Description
When you expressly opt in, Graham Services GSP LLC may send service-related text messages concerning your inquiry, requested estimate, appointment or scheduling details, project updates, and customer support. We do not use this program for unrelated promotional campaigns unless you separately provide the consent required for those messages.
Consent
You may opt in through a website form or another clear method offered by Graham Services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number or selecting text as a preferred contact method does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and active service needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any Graham Services text message to opt out. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. We will honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate that you no longer want text messages. After opting out, you may still receive non-text communications needed to complete an existing service matter.
